I’m only 22.
I’m young, but I’ve experienced a lot in my short existence since October of 1995. Some of my experiences will stick with me forever — for better or worse.
Others, I’m sure, will be forgotten in time.
A lot has happened in my life to bring me to this very moment. As I write to you now, I wish to share my perspective on Life, the teacher. I call myself a Student of Life because Life holds valuable lessons. I believe it’s our responsibility to learn from them.
We only have one chance to make the most of our existence.
So without further ado, here are the 5 most important lessons Life has taught me thus far.
1. Experience is life’s greatest teacher.
I made this #1 for a reason.
Your entire existence — everything you’ve come to know, your perspective of the world and life itself — is a result of experience. The way you talk, walk, act, think — that is all learned through experience. The way you treat others, how you determine what you like and dislike — all a result of experience.
Experience teaches us good and bad. It teaches us right and wrong. It teaches us morals and…
